Reception desks - Level 0 - Central Hall
Reception desks are located on every level of the Cité and also in the exhibitions. Our reception staff will provide you with all the information you need in 18 languages to help you enjoy your visit. A wide selection of documentation, programmes and visit itineraries is also on offer.
Cloakroom - Level 0 - Central Hall
You can hand in coats and bulky items for storage free of charge.
Pushchairs and wheelchairs are available for loan (proof of identity required).

Gift shop - Level 0 - Central Hall
A wide choice of exclusive Cité des sciences articles (gifts, souvenirs, ...) and numerous scientific products and games for adults and children, at every price. The gift shop also sells books and postcards. Open from Tuesday to Saturday 10.30 a.m. to 6 p.m, Sunday 10.30 a.m. to 7 p.m..
Restaurants - Level -2
You have a choice of several types of eating places depending on your budget and tastes:
- Aux pains perdus: fast food
- Le Hublot restaurant (traditional cuisine): hot dishes from €8.00 and set menus.

- Various bars in the Explora exhibitions and the Géode
- In the Parc de la Villette: Guinguette à vapeurs restaurant (traditional cuisine), children's menu €9.00, set menus at €18.00 or € 24.00. Open from 10.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m.
