Open Tuesday to Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and until 7 p.m. on Sundays. Closed Monday.

Coming on public transport
Line 7, station Porte de la Villette or Corentin Cariou.
Buses: 139, 150, 152, PC2 and PC3, stop "Porte de la Villette";
Coming by coach
Northern Paris ring road (périphérique nord), exit: "Porte de la Villette"
Coach park entrance on Boulevard Macdonald.
Coach park rates: €22 for a full day, €11 for a half-day, free up to 30 minutes for picking up and setting down.
Coach drivers are given a free ticket to the exhibitions.
Roadworks for the T3 tramway – currently being extended from Porte d'Ivry to Porte de la Chapelle – are affecting access to the Cité des Sciences by road. If you are coming to the Cité by coach, make sure you allow ample time so you don't miss the start of a show at the Géode or Planetarium, a session at the Cité des Enfants or a visit with a scientific explainer.
Please note: during the renovation of the Cité the lifts for the coach park are not in service. The route to the Cité's temporary entrance (via steps) is signposted.
During the renovation of the Cité, for visitors with reduced mobility, there is a drop-off point at the coach park exit (on the same level as the temporary entrance to the Cité). The route to follow is signposted.
Coaches and minibuses should still park in the coach park.
Picnic area
Groups are welcome to use the Cité's free covered picnic area. Available Tuesday to Friday, 11:30am to 2:30pm.
