Don't like sugar? Who are you trying to kid? Everyone loves sugar. Wherever you were born, the sweet flavour is the first you register by feeding on the maternal breast or baby's bottle. Your likes and dislikes flavour wise are then determined by your upbringing and culture. If you were born in the Northern hemisphere you will like acid flavours.
In the Far East, sweet and savoury. Some flavours attract you while others have you screwing up your face? It's normal. That's what humans are like!
