What are sperm cells like ?
Sperm cells are very very small. You can't see them with the naked eye. If you look at a sperm cell under a microscope, you can see that it has a round head (but no eyes or mouth, obviously) and a long tail which it wiggles to move forward. In fact, it looks much like a tadpole. Boys manufacture sperm cells every day once they reach puberty.
