⚠️ Access to the museum is granted only upon presentation of a health pass including a QR code (Paper or digital format on the app TousAntiCovid) for people over 12 years old and two months.
- Full vaccination certificate is mandatory to access the facilities (full vaccination plus required period form last shot)
- Proof of negative test (RT-PCR or Antigen test) taken within 72h
- Certificate confirming recovery from COVID-19. Negative RT-PCR test of at least 11 days and no more than 6 months.
Controlling Health passes does not give access to personal medical data.
Before your visit
Online booking is strongly recommended.
Tickets are timed every 30 minutes or at your scheduled time.
Antigen test are available from Tuesday to Sunday from 9:30am to 10:30pm to help you access the facilities in case you don’t have a health pass, which is required to enter the museum. Tests can be made at the entrance of Vill’Up shopping centre close to the main entrance of the museum.
When you arrive
You may access the premises 30 minutes before the time printed on your ticket. If your entrance is scheduled between 4:30 and 6:30pm, access will be granted from 4pm onwards.
If you miss your time slot and the museum reaches capacity, you may be asked to wait or to book again for an alternative date and time.
Access is only possible via the main entrance (Metro Porte de la Villette side)
Access to the museum is granted only upon presentation of a health pass including a QR code (Fully legible paper format, no creases on the QR code or digital format on the app #tousanticovid) for people over 18. Full vaccination certificate (Full vaccination plus required period form last shot); Proof of negative test (RT-PCR or Antigen test) taken within 72h; Certificate confirming recovery from COVID-19 in the form of a negative RT-PCR test of at least 11 days and no more than 6 months.
Starting 30 September 2021, heath passes will be required for visitors over 12.

Le Rest’O (level -2), l'Atmosphère (Level 0) and le Biosphère (level 1) are open. Vending machines are also available.
For safety measures, some areas or elements might be temporarily unavailable.
The Boutique is open from 11am to 6:30pm on weekdays, 11am to 7:30pm on weekends
Hand sanitiser is available throughout the Museum
Enhanced cleaning of our facilities is in place. Air is 100% renewed from the outside throughout the day.
